I joined Library Thing right away after a bit of exploring. I have a huge class library and it is very unorganized and I forget what I have. I am always asked for recommendations from students searching for the next book to read. This listing of my books is super and I plan to borrow Shelley’s CueCat scanner. I have not yet joined a group but I have followed several authors and found books I want to read. This is a powerful tool for me. I have students who read so many books so quickly and feel we now have a source for coordinating books with their passions. I have spent so much time searching and I now I have this at my fingertips. The reviews are well written and to the point.

I love to share new titles and look forward to viewing favorites of others. My library in its infancy can be found at http://www.librarything.com/home/debbiestephens.
