I am most challenged by #4; I need to have more confidence in myself when it comes to technology. I am always willing to try something with my students, but I am so stressed that I will understand every little detail. I have become so much better, but I want to be more adventurous. Because I started this course before and did not get to finish it, I have learned to view problems as challenges. Shelley pushes you gently along and I feel I have learned how to do that better in my own classroom. I know the easiest for me is to share or teach others. Once I understand something, I get so excited and I want to show and help others. I feel developing a toolbox is most important but I think this because that is what will help me ust technology to my advantage. I love new ways of teaching and when you engage students and see that spark of excitement, you have achieved your goal (haha) for a moment only so you have to move fast and keep learning yourself. I like when my students realize I am still learning with them rather than just “telling” them things.
